About Us

Holiday Home Camp provides campers from under served communities a nurturing respite from limiting and difficult home situations triggered by poverty and violence. A positive, healthy and safe recreational camp experience is given to all children who otherwise would not be able to afford it. Holiday Home Camp leverages typical camp activities into learning opportunities that are infused with outcome-based exercises and challenges designed to develop the life skills of responsibility, accountability, trust, communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, problem solving and goal setting. While participating in these camp activities campers gain confidence, responsibility, communication skills, positive sportsmanship and respect for self, others and their environment.
